Online Zoom Workshop
In this workshop we will bring awareness to the root patterns that we fall into. We will explore attitudes, patterns and behaviours so we can bring light and openness to our relationships. So we can experience more nourishing and healthy relationships with others, with ourselves and with life itself.
After some time in a relationship we may start to feel discomfort, disappointment or frustration. We often react by adopting some patterns that may create more distance instead of more openness, love and intimacy. We may react by pointing outwards, blaming or trying to change the other person, rather than meeting our truth inside.
By getting to know how our inner world works and what patterns and behaviours we use that are sabotaging our intimacy instead of enriching it, we can turn our experience from bitterness, irritability and misunderstanding to one of deep intimacy and love. From closing out hearts to expansion and openness.
These patterns represent ways we have to relate to life itself. We can bring awareness and create more authentic and enriching relationships with ourselves, with others and with life itself.
Subjects we’re going to explore:
- Bringing light to the underlying contracts in relationships.
- Patterns that we use that become an obstacle to love, trust and intimacy.
- Why we get lost in the drama in relationship and keep repeating same patterns.
- How to deal with the pattern that I feel like I’m begging for closeness and cannot get consistent fulfilment and nourishment.
- How comes that I keep feeling pressure or overwhelmed by my partner demands and attitudes.
- Why is it and how to heal when I find that my partner keeps finding excuses and postponing intimacy and I feel I just need more from the other one.
- Why I repeat the pattern of getting excited at the beginning and later on I want to take more distance and space for myself.
- From co-dependency, confusion and frustration to love, intimacy and freedom.
